Rotten Egg

Previos post information: my knives were on a chopping block. The block stayed on the refrigerator and tip when I closed the refrigerator door. I have learned my lesson. Now they are in a cabinet. If they fell it would land on the counter.

Anyways, I was experimenting yesterday and tried to make a bread pudding using leftover french toast, which failed because I didn't let the bread soak long enough. I was cracking the eggs as usual. I have seen blood out of my eggs but I have never seen green chunks before. The smell was horrific. It took a while before the smell went away. My only regret is I didn't take a picture, and there is no way to send the smell.

Love, Desiree

Ewwwwwwww!

Did you know you can put an egg in water and if it floats, it is bad? We had a floater once but I've never actually opened a bad egg.

I would not be able to eat eggs for a while after that.
